Warranty & service
The warranty term published for each system, what to have ready before you call, and who actually handles service.
Published terms
Below is the term published for each system in this showroom. The detail — what is covered, what is excluded, and what is required to keep cover in place — lives in the warranty documentation supplied with your unit, not here.
- Leveluk K8 — 5-year limited warranty
- Leveluk Super 501 — 3-year limited warranty
- Leveluk Jr. IV — 3-year limited warranty
- Anespa DX — 3-year limited warranty
- emGuarde — 1-year manufacturer warranty
- Kangen Air — limited warranty; confirm the current term
The Ukon range
Kangen Ukon Sigma, Kangen Ukon Tea and the Kangen Ukon & Honey Soap are consumables rather than equipment, and carry no equipment warranty. A question about a specific item or batch goes to an authorized representative.
Before you get in touch
Service moves faster with the basics to hand. Note them down before you call rather than while you are on the phone.
- The model name, exactly as it appears on the unit
- The serial number printed on the unit
- When and where it was purchased
- A plain description of what the machine is doing
- Any message or code on the display, copied out exactly as shown
Who handles service
Warranty and service are administered by Enagic, not by this showroom. This site is an independent product-education and presentation showroom: it does not repair units, hold parts, or make warranty decisions. Use the Enagic Philippines channels, or the authorized representative you purchased through.
Confirm before you rely on it
Warranty terms change, and they can differ by market and by purchase route. Confirm the current terms for your own unit against official Enagic materials and with an authorized Enagic representative before you rely on them.
